Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your Deirdre sandals. If they don’t make you smile, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for return

  • Sandals must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging (box and tags).

  • Try them on indoors on a clean surface – no scuffs, dirt, or signs of outdoor wear.

  • Final sale items (marked “Sale” or “Clearance”) and gift cards are not returnable.

How to return

  1. Email returns@deirdreshoe.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.

  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label (cost will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error).

  3. Pack the sandals securely, attach the label, and drop off at the carrier’s location.

  4. Once we receive and inspect (usually within 5‑7 business days), we’ll refund your original payment method.

Refund timing
Refunds may take 3‑10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Please return the original pair and place a new order – that’s the fastest way.

Defective or wrong items
If you receive damaged, faulty, or incorrect sandals, contact us within 7 days. We’ll send a replacement at no cost and provide a free return label.

International returns
Customers outside the US are responsible for return postage and any customs charges.
